Punta Mita, Mexico

Back on the west coast just in time for some swell. We got to surf a spot we had our eyes on for awhile, and even better, we got to do it with some good friends. Fresh ceviche, cuts on our feet, endless laughs, and deep connections were infinite here. What more could you ask for? Time and time again the community and ocean care for us, oh and so do the stray dogs that are full of love. It is quite an incredible feeling to have a community that cares about you far away from your home. It is a matter of time until we are back, sitting in a tide pool with the perfect amount of sunburn. Te amo Mexico <3

Mexico City, Mexico

Mexico city was the most beautiful city we have been too. The food is delicious, the streets are so green, it just felt different from any other city. For such a big place, you feel like you know everyone. From training boxing in the park with strangers, to the most magical coffee spots, Mexico City blew us away. On top of it all this place is rich in history and traditions. Seeing the pyramids was something we will never forget. Dancing, singing, street food, art, fashion, architecture, markets, and so much more. Thank you to everyone who hung out and helped us here, we are constantly thinking of you!

Tulum, Mexico

We decided we needed more. We booked a tour throughout Mexico, and Tulum was our first stop. Taking the time to relax and have some calming beach days was something we needed. Driving 20 miles down dirt roads on our moto to beautiful secluded beaches wasn't something we expected. Seeing old friends and making new ones, trying different foods, and seeing the history of the area was nothing short of amazing. Tulum's ecosystem is alive, the community is strong, and the music is groovy. The locals were welcoming and overwhelmingly kind. We even made friends with a crocodile... thanks Tulum!

Nayarit, Mexico

After our first trip we knew we would be back. We didn't know we would be back sleeping in a outdoor palapa under a mosquito net for 3 months. We couldn't help ourselves though. Upon arrival we were greeted by old and new friends. We surfed every chance we could, ate healthy and fresh food, and indulged into the community. Going up and down the coast, visiting Guadalajara and Lake Chapala, Mexico has us hooked. The colors and inspiration in Mexico are so vibrant. Watching all their holidays and how the community constantly comes together reminded us why we started BTTRTOGETHER. It is about helping one another, and feeling good doing it. From dengue, to surf contests, parties in the jungle, and tons of new conscious connections, we love it all!

Rincon, Puerto Rico

Another trip to Puerto Rico, and boy was it worth it. Staying in Rincon, we surfed up and down the coast, venturing north into Aguadilla. We had some fun swell, cheap drinks, good food, and explored as much as we could. From waterfalls and cliff jumps, to free diving in some of the most beautiful water. All of it was super special. One of the coolest things about Puerto Rico is the wildlife. We saw it all, from sea urchins to lizards, and everything inbetween. We took so much inspiration from the trip we aren't sure what to do with it. Guess that is what happens sometimes when you go to Distant Shores...

Charlotte, North Carolina

The crew rented a passenger van, loaded it up, and drove 8 hours south. We stayed in Charlotte, with the goal of surprising a friend that we don't get to see much. A young vibrant city we explored the ins and outs of, including the bar scene. We would be lying if we didn't say that using the scooters with a group of about 15 friends wasn't the highlight. Always rent the scooters with your friends. Always.

Nayarit, Mexico

A whole month long trip in Mexico. Staying in the town of Sayulita, while venturing north and south of the coast for surf. Although initially there to just surf, there was a new found love for the culture. It was such a shock compared to our normal way of living, in a good way. Everyone was inviting, helpful, and made you feel at home. Kundalini yoga classes, pilates, breathwork, and so much more. The smiles exchanged were endless. Te amo Mexico. Thank you to everyone we met there, and for the inspiration you instilled in us.

Adirondacks, New York

Scooped some of the crew and drove north. We ended up by Chapel pond and hiked up Giant Mountain in the Adirondacks. Beautiful views, fresh air, and a lot of laughs. At night we set up camp which quickly went wrong. Short story short we slept on rocks, at a very uncomfortable incline. Sliding in our tents, waking up stiff as rocks. Shook it off with some laughs, making sure we don't let it happen again. We hope.

Salt Lake City, Utah

The crew went out for some March Freshies. It went way better than expected. While we were there it had snowed 5 feet. We rode Brighton mostly, with some of the locals we linked up with showing us the good zones. Wyatt got a tattoo from a friend (who's never tattooed) at 3 AM. On top of the snow, and extremely positive aura out there, it was nice to explore the city, grab some drinks, and find our favorite food spots for when we get out there next. Yew!

Rincon, Puerto Rico

A late season surf stab mission to Puerto Rico. Our first time to the island, learning quite quickly it won't be our last. Wyatt was solo there for about 4 days before two great friends arrived. There was swell, and it was firing. Surfing till he could no longer raise his arms, the swell faded. Initially bummed out, we soon realized how much of an opportunity it was. With no waves to hunt, the crew explored as much as they could. From the jungle, to very secluded beach areas, local food stands, and everything in between. A tropical paradise full of loving people, alive ecosystems, culture, and a strong sense of community. We were hooked. Till next time Puerto Rico.

Brooklyn, New York

A spontaneous train ride to New York City. Met up with a friend to explore the city, until our 80's themed club night would begin. The city was moody, it was raining, but that didn't take away the charm of the city. From the artwork, food (get steak and eggs), people, and stories we got to hear, the train ride was well worth it. Exploring parts of the city we've never seen, until the pre game started. We took a beautiful Uber ride from the Upper East Side to Brooklyn, where the club was. We were thrilled to listen to some good music. To our surprise the DJ was quite a bit older, but she could mix better than anyone we have heard. Making sure to appreciate the DJ, music, new friends, and atmosphere, we danced! Deflating the air mattress the next morning, and finding our way to the train, we knew there would be another day.

Stratton, VT

The trip to Stratton Vermont in 2022 was one where we won't let the memories fade. A house full of positive, loving, and crazy people. Good food, vibes, music, and memories. On top of all of that we happened to be at the right place at the right time, and score about 4 feet of fresh snow. Tight tree lines, sore legs, and hangovers in the morning. What more could we ask for?
